Without any working key, the car can't be started normally. A new key must be cut and programmed directly to the car's immobilizer — this requires specialized equipment. That's the service I'm training for.
Why is this more expensive than a simple key copy?
When you have no working key, I can't just copy one — I have to generate a new key from scratch using the car's VIN and code, then program it to the immobilizer. More steps, more equipment.
