Yes. Most standard apartment doors can be opened without damage. Have your ID or proof of residence (lease, mail) ready.
What if my landlord changed the lock without notice?
I can open the door but I recommend also contacting your landlord or the Residential Tenancies Tribunal of New Brunswick for your tenant rights.
How much does an apartment lockout cost?
Same as residential: interior door $95+, exterior door $125+. After 6pm is $150+. Price confirmed before I arrive.
